bd15 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the bd15 platform at bd15.club (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd15 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English-language text. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be binding or supersede the English version.

The bd15 Platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum with no exceptions.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, company, or third party.
• You have not previously had a bd15 account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of bd15, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and specifically prohibited for you personally.

bd15 takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation — including a Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification — from any player at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses received.

Parental Responsibility

If you share a device, smartphone, or internet connection with minors, it is your responsibility to ensure that minors cannot access the bd15 Platform. Consider using device-level parental controls or browser content filtering tools to prevent underage access. bd15 is not responsible for access by minors that results from a failure of parental supervision.

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on bd15, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number (linked to your bKash or Nagad wallet), and a secure password of your choice. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and must update your details promptly if they change.

One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the bd15 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment wallets — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bd15 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void all open bets, and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bd15 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. bd15 staff will never ask you for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately so that your account can be secured. bd15 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred due to the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

bd15 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine account review. Acceptable KYC documents include a Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent bKash or Nagad transaction receipt for payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction until the verification is completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on bd15 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd15 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank internet banking are accepted subject to current availability and minimum amounts.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bd15 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. bd15 does not charge deposit fees. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted during support hours (9 AM – 10 PM BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes to the player's registered bKash or Nagad wallet. Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed during the next available support window. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. bd15 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment account registered in the same name as the bd15 account.

Refused and Reversed Transactions

bd15 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse; (b) the payment account does not match the registered account holder's name; (c) KYC documentation has been requested and not yet provided; or (d) the account is under investigation or suspension. In such cases, bd15 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason to the affected player via their registered contact details.

All bets placed on the bd15 Platform are subject to these general Terms, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published alongside individual markets or game titles. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for matters specific to that game or market.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bd15 system, and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets are not valid if placed after the start of the relevant event (unless the market is specifically offered as an in-play market), or if placed on a market that has been suspended or closed. bd15 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations and Voids

bd15 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed; there is an obvious pricing error (palpable error) in the odds offered; the relevant game or match data feed experienced a technical failure that affected bet settlement; or there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity relating to the event. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play markets are available for selected cricket and other sporting events. bd15 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event without notice — for example, during a wicket, an injury, or a technical disruption. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension is applied will stand; bets placed after suspension cannot be accepted. The settlement of in-play bets is based on official match results as reported by bd15's data providers.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on bd15 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game studio — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bd15 does not control individual game outcomes. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game's information panel. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before wagering.

Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the bd15 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Arbitrage betting specifically targeting guaranteed profit from pricing discrepancies in bd15's markets.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, including collusion between players to exploit promotional offers.
• Placing bets using knowledge obtained through insider information related to sports events.
• Any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.
• Using VPN services or proxies to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.

bd15 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and a promotion-specific term sheet, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible markets will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. For example, a promotion with a stated 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳10,000 before the bonus or derived winnings become withdrawable. bd15 reserves the right to specify which games or markets contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free bets are subject to an expiry date, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unplayed at the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Abuse and Forfeiture

bd15 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. If it is determined that a player has used a bonus in a manner that constitutes abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, or participating in collusion with other players — the bonus and all derived winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

bd15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time of being requested.
• Use of prohibited practices including bots, arbitrage abuse, or bonus exploitation.
• Evidence that the player is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player via their account settings or support channel.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player through their payment provider.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their bd15 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] during operating hours (9 AM – 10 PM BST, UTC+6). Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bd15 will process any legitimate outstanding withdrawals to the player's registered payment wallet before closing the account. Players who have an active self-exclusion are encouraged to contact support for guidance on the appropriate closure process.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bd15 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered phone number or email address before applying a dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. The applicable dormancy fee rate will be published in the Platform's fee schedule.

The bd15 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd15 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and free from technical errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and factors outside our control may affect Platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd15 shall not be liable to any player for: (a) loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity resulting from technical failures, delays, or errors in bet placement, settlement, or payment processing; (b) loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances outside bd15's reasonable control; (c) actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; (d) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

In all cases, bd15's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single event or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed by the player in connection with that event or transaction.

Governing Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your bd15 account, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bd15 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the player may seek resolution through any legally available dispute mechanism applicable to their circumstances. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of commercial law.

Amendments to These Terms

bd15 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
